I am impressed with your delivery speed and how well the item was packaged but would like to point out that you should have sent the item with tracking information regardless of the value. Me as a customer expects to be able to track and see where the item is at all times. I know you had reason to only send the item with stamps to save on cost but this is something you should consider for the future. I will be back.

Couldn’t track more than I’d hoped due to the size. Was offered a refund to solve the situation which I’m grateful for but I’ve glued it inside a valuable tanker to know if it ever gets moved.

They arrived in the post this morning. The trackers are nifty little things but could do with being a bit smaller as they are 2in diameter. Ollie was very helpful and assured me when I questioned my order arriving that there have been delays due to this virus. Fortunately the RM have been working well during everything. The trackers are good little things and do what they say on the tin! I feel like Milwaukee could improve a few things as stated about the size but overall a solid product. I am glad they can take a beating as I throw my makita gear all over the shop when I’m knuckled down to get Sh*t done.

I found this site on Facebook and couldn’t drive to Cornwall to view/collect the trackers I wanted. Fortunately Ollie offered free delivery in the post! This tracker fits perfectly on the base of my Makita torch as its 2 inches in diameter roughly.
